Plug it into the tools you already use
Integrations are not new ways for customers to reach you. They give the AI more to answer with and your team more places to work: orders from your WooCommerce store, replies from your Discord server, chat on WordPress without code, and workflows in n8n. Every one is on every plan, including the free one.
- No API keys for WooCommerce
- Free WordPress plugin
- On every plan, free included
The AI answers "where is my order?"
When your WordPress site runs WooCommerce, the AI looks up the customer's order and answers with the real status, plus the tracking link if you use WooCommerce Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking. Your team sees the customer's recent orders next to the conversation. It comes with the WordPress plugin, so there is no API key to create, and it stays off until you tick the box in your WordPress admin.
- Order number, date, status, items and total
- Shipping method, plus tracking from Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking
- Notes you marked as a note to the customer
- A teammate approves order answers unless you let the AI send them
Pick who is asking, and see what the AI is allowed to say.
- Addresses, phone numbers and payment details never leave your store
- Private order notes are never shared
- Draft and trashed orders are never shown
- A wrong email and an unknown order number get the same answer
Orders only reach the customer who placed them
The AI shares an order only with someone who has proved it is theirs: a customer signed in to your store, a customer who emailed you from the order's address, or someone who gives the order number with its checkout email. Anyone else is asked for both, and after three wrong attempts the AI stops checking. Those rules are enforced by miniDesk and the plugin, not by the AI.
Answer customers from your Discord server
New conversations from customers post as a card in the Discord channel you pick, and every later message on that conversation lands in the card's thread. Type in the thread, or press Reply, and the customer gets your answer on whatever channel they wrote in on. Nobody writes to you on Discord: it is a second place for your team to work.
- You invite our bot, so there is no token to copy
- Link your account and replies carry your name
- A tick on your message once it has gone out
- Internal notes are never posted
- Free on WordPress.org
- Signed-in visitors recognised
- Hide the chat on chosen pages or paths
- Change its look and the AI switch from WordPress
Chat on WordPress without copying code
Install the free miniDesk AI plugin from WordPress.org and click Connect. The chat goes live on your site without any code, visitors signed in to WordPress are recognised, and you choose the pages where it stays hidden. How the chat looks and whether the AI answers by itself can both be changed from your WordPress admin.
Automate the inbox with n8n
Install the miniDesk community node in your self-hosted n8n, add an API key, and start workflows when something happens in your inbox. The node can also create conversations, send replies, add internal notes and add documents to the AI's knowledge, which wait for an owner's approval.
- Trigger on new conversations and customer messages
- Trigger on assignment and status changes
- Send replies and add internal notes
- Add knowledge documents for an owner to approve

Questions, answered
No. Order lookups come with the free miniDesk AI WordPress plugin, which answers only the questions miniDesk is allowed to ask and only sends the fields a customer can see in their own account.
No. Discord is where your team answers. Customers keep writing on chat, email, forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram, and your reply from Discord goes back on that channel.
Self-hosted n8n, where you install the miniDesk community node from Settings, then Community Nodes. You also need an API key from miniDesk.
Yes. Every integration, the REST API, webhooks and the MCP server are on every plan, including the free one.
