About miniDesk.ai
miniDesk.ai is customer support software for small teams: a shared email inbox, live chat, web forms and an AI agent that answers from your own documents, with a REST API and an MCP server. It is made by MP Enterprise, a company registered in France (SIREN 838786085), and sold for one flat price per workspace, with a free plan.
What does miniDesk do?
It puts every customer conversation in one inbox, whether it arrives by email, live chat, a web form, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger or the API. An AI agent answers what your documents cover and hands the rest to a person with a draft. Your team works in that inbox, and an AI client such as Claude can work it too, through the MCP server.
Who is it for?
Teams that answer customers on top of other work: founders, small online shops and software companies, from one person to a few dozen. If you need a CRM, outbound campaigns or WhatsApp today, another tool will serve you better, and our comparison pages say which one.
How is it priced, and why?
One price per workspace, every month: Free, then Starter at $39, Growth at $99 and Scale at $349. Every feature is on every plan. We do not charge per seat or per AI resolution, because both make the bill grow with the very things a support tool is meant to help with: more teammates and more answered questions.
How do we compare ourselves with others?
With figures you can check. Every competitor price on this site is read from the vendor's own published page, dated and linked to its source, and every comparison page names the cases where the other product is the better buy. Our own prices come from the same module our billing reads.
Where does the data live?
The application runs on servers we operate at Hetzner, behind Cloudflare. The companies that process data on our behalf, and what each one does, are listed in the privacy notice. Your content is used to answer your customers and is not used to train models.
